Condition: Overall wear. Minor damage at one end.

Notes: Despite it's 'well-loved' condition, this is a wonderful tribal Khamseh rug dating from the last quarter of the 19th Century or earlier. It features only natural dyes and has an all-over bird pattern - these are know somewhat offhandedly in the trade as 'chicken rugs'. A piece of woven history at bargain-basement price.
