Size: 206 x 150cm

Age: Circa 1940

Condition: Very good. The rug has been woven slightly wider one end than the other - in my opinion one of the quirky charms of handmade rugs.

Notes: A great old furnishing piece with warm and vivid colours and a pleasing pseudo-curvilinear floral design. Woven in soft hand-spun wool on a cotton foundation, with the classic Mahal blue wefts.
