216. Provenance: Tekke Torkoman tribe, Turkmenistan

Age: Circa 1880

Size: 203 x 334cm

Condition: Generally very good for its age, with some wear at one end. Structurally sound.

Notes: Restrained in palette and design as are most antique Turkomans. A simple layout of the Tekke 'guls'. Natural dyes, tight weaving. Original kilim ends. Awesome.
