Age: Circa 1920

Condition: Good, with some areas of slightly lower pile.

Notes: A beautiful runner with authentic purely tribal medallions and motifs. This is classic Karaja (or Karadja). One of the very nicest I've seen. These designs can appear too busy, but the colour scheme here (all natural dyes) works fantastically. Especially wonderful are the eggshell pale blue and the turquoise.
