266. Provenance: Sarouk (Saruq) or possibly Tabriz, Northwest Persia

Age: Circa 1910

Size: 184 x 140 cm

Condition: Minor losses at one end and overall low pile with some areas of light wear. Slightly untidy side cords.

Notes: Really lovely colours and a classic Herati design. It's difficult to know whether this is Tabriz or Sarouk as they both weave the exact same design. Very nice either way!
