Age: Circa 1930

Condition: Good for age with just minor areas of low pile.

Notes: A wonderful floral design executed with the typical panache of Heriz weavers, giving it a slighly geometricized, tribal edge. Although not finely woven these Heriz carpets are very well-made and are amongst the strongest of Persians. Their colours are also exceptionally good - all or virtually all natural, bright and vivid.
