Notes: An interesting piece featuring 'H-motifs' in the main guls, which are derived from Turkomen Ersari or Kiziliyak designs. Strong and visually-pleasing 'abrush' (variation in colour due to changes in dye batch & hand-spun wool density/absorptancy) which gives this simple tribal rug a depth of texture. What is also charming is the wide variation in size and design of the main guls.
