Age: Circa 1930

Condition: Good, though some overall low pile.

Design: European-influenced floral 'gul farangi' or 'foreign rose'. Most Bakhtiari rugs are actually woven by Kurds in Persia Colour: Soft, pastel shades aimed at European market. This has a charming cottage-y art-deco feel.

Materials: Wool pile on cotton foundation.
