Condition: Excellent, with full deep pile.

Notes: This is Hamadan at its most quirky and unusual. A vibrant, playful design full of animals - what appear to be reindeer, lama-like creatures (?), and oversized geese or ducks! Cypress, Pomegranite and other trees add to the pastoral charm of this minor wonder. The wool is soft and luxuriant underfoot, and the colours, though not all natural, lend a tribal-influenced whackiness to the whole piece.
